TBTC is a cryptocurrency that runs ethereum on bitcoin. The client's main desire was to capture the fluidity and duality of the product in the mark.
This was a somewhat lengthy logo discovery process. What you see below is an abridged version.

Here I took the wave pattern that surrounds the type and made a brush with it. I then played with circles with that brush as the stroke and discovered it created an interesting Fibonacci Sequence.
